Judith Ozkan
Judith Ozkan is a Manchester-born journalist and accredited PR practitioner with over 30 years of experience in helping people tell stories that are important to them. She has worked across tourism, healthcare and medicine and the arts, alongside bringing up three children. As a communications manager for VisitScotland she oversaw the Scottish Thistle Awards—the ‘tourism Oscars’, promoted the visitor attraction and accommodation grading scheme and worked on a major rebranding initiative. She headed up communications for two major UK health charities and contributes to the European Heart Journal as a medical journalist. She has contributed to a wide range of print, news media and online publications as well as producing podcasts. As the director of SO-PR, she delivers internal and external communications training, specialising in media training and social media and has trained countless leaders to communicate with confidence and impact. A lifelong theatre fan she has worked with a select roster of performing artists to help them get noticed at the world’s largest performing arts festival - The Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Martin Gaw
Martin has worked for over forty years in the culture, libraries and heritage sector in the North West, in local authority services and latterly for Arts Council England. Since retiring, he has been a volunteer and a trustee of a variety of organisations, including Manchester Histories and the Victoria Baths.
